Can anyone become an instructor on Soofos?
Yes — whether you want to make one course for fun or build a teaching business. Every course is reviewed before it goes live, so it does need to meet our quality bar (see below).
What does my course need to meet?
Mostly self-made video (720p or better, clear audio), a complete course with a real learning outcome, and knowledge that matches your subject. We check every course before publishing and share a practical checklist full of tips.
How much can I earn?
It varies from €0 to thousands of euros per month — and you have a lot of influence on it. Single sales pay 50% of the price (up to 96% when you bring the buyer yourself). With Soofos Plus you earn based on how much subscribers watch your course.
Do I keep ownership of my material?
Absolutely. Everything you make stays yours. You only give Soofos the right to sell and show your course to our learners — and you’re free to offer it on other platforms too.
I already have a course — can you place it for me?
Yes. You can upload it yourself with the Studio course builder, or use our placement service (€79 excl. VAT): we place your course within 2 weeks and review your content and copy so it gets the best possible start.
What do I need to record a course?
Knowledge of your subject, the will to structure it, and simple gear: a laptop, a good microphone and a camera or smartphone (720p+). No technical skills needed — the Studio guides you step by step, and our free course “How do I make a course?” shows you the whole process.
Can I offer more than one course?
Please do — many instructors build a mini-academy: a beginner course, an advanced follow-up, a specialist deep-dive. More quality courses means more value for learners, more watch time and more repeat sales.
