Watch lessons offline, get a gentle nudge before your streak breaks, and pick up exactly where you left off — on any device.
What the app does
The Soofos app is the same course library you use in the browser, tuned for phones and tablets. The features below are the ones learners asked for first.
Download a lesson on Wi‑Fi, watch it on the train, the flight, or wherever the signal drops.
Start a lesson on the web, finish it on the phone. Your position syncs between devices, so you never have to scrub.
A short lesson in the app counts the same as a long one in the browser. The streak, the goal ring and the weekly reminder sync across devices.
How it feels
The mobile app keeps the same Calm Workspace language as the web. White cards on a pale background, generous spacing, one primary action per screen. There is no second front-end to learn.
Subtitles, playback speed, and the lesson notes you write on the web all travel with you. If you put the phone down mid-lesson, the next time you open Soofos the player asks whether you want to resume from where you stopped or start the next chapter.
For instructors
Every course you publish on Soofos is also available in the app the moment a learner signs in. You do not maintain a second build — the Studio uploads, the player renders.
