How does billing work?

Seat plans are billed monthly per seat, by invoice or SEPA. Assign is billed automatically per assignment. Add seats any time — we prorate the difference.

Can we see what employees are learning?

You see progress and completion on everything you assigned, plus certificates earned. What people learn in their own time stays private — privacy‑respecting by design.

What happens when someone leaves the company?

Deactivate their seat in the dashboard and it’s freed up for a new colleague — no new contract needed. Certificates stay with the learner who earned them.

Can we add our own training content?

Yes. Upload private company courses — onboarding, safety, internal tools — and assign them next to the Soofos library. Your content stays visible to your organization only.

Do you support SSO?

Yes — SAML single sign-on and domain capture are available for larger organizations, and LTI integration with your existing LMS is available on request. Smaller teams simply invite by email. Book a demo and we’ll set it up together.

Can we try it first?

Can we cancel or change our plan?

Assign has no commitment at all — you only pay per assignment. Seat plans run per month: adjust your seat count or cancel ahead of any renewal, and adding seats mid‑cycle is prorated.
