Delete your Soofos account
You can delete your Soofos account and all data linked to it (courses, progress, notes, questions, certificates) yourself.
How to delete your account
- In the Soofos app: Settings → Privacy → Delete account.
- On the website: sign in, go to soofos.com/portal/settings → Privacy → Delete account.
- By email: send a request from the email address of your account to [email protected]. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm this by email.
Deleting your account removes your personal data. Invoices are kept as long as the law requires.
Subscription through the App Store or Google Play? It does not stop when you delete your account. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play settings.
Je Soofos-account verwijderen
Je kunt je Soofos-account en alle gegevens die erbij horen (cursussen, voortgang, notities, vragen, certificaten) zelf verwijderen, op een van deze manieren:
- In de Soofos-app: Instellingen → Privacy → Account verwijderen.
- Op de website: log in, ga naar soofos.com/portal/settings → Privacy → Account verwijderen.
- Per e-mail: stuur een verzoek vanaf het e-mailadres van je account naar [email protected]. We verwijderen het account binnen 30 dagen en bevestigen dit per e-mail.
Als je je account verwijdert, verwijderen we je persoonsgegevens. Facturen bewaren we zo lang als de wet dat verplicht.
Abonnement via de App Store of Google Play? Dat stopt niet als je je account verwijdert. Zeg het eerst op in de instellingen van de App Store of Google Play.
